Not much is known about Beelzebub's history other than at some point she joined Lucifer as part of the Deadly Sins, embodying the sin of Gluttony.
At some point before the start of the series she began to date Vortex.

Beelzebub is mentioned by Vortex when he told Loona about the former hosting parties.
"Ozzie's"[]
Beelzebub is mentioned in Moxxie's song to Millie.
"Queen Bee"[]
Beelzebub hosts a party at her mansion and performs a song to liven the party up.
After her song, Beezlebub apologizes to Loona about how she would have liked the party to be bigger but couldn't because Belphegor locked away the party drugs. Then, Vortex introduces Beezlebub to Loona as his girlfriend and when Loona became awkward and called her hot, Beezlebub began rambling about when she saw Satan remove his shirt. After her ramble, Beezlebub left to check on the other guests, asking a few if they were nice and drunk.
Beelzebub in a drinking contest against Blitzo
Beelzebub and Blitzo compete in a drinking contest with her strongest stash of Beelzejuice. When Blitzo wins, Beelzebub becomes impressed by her first loss in a drinking contest, and as Blitzo gets carried off a crowd, Beelzebub and Vortex look at each other in concern.
Later, after seeing how drunk Blitzo got, Vortex and Beelzebub inform Loona about her father going a little too far and ruining the vibe. Loona takes it the wrong way and almost gets into a fight with Beezlebub, but the pair stop before they begin. After Loona walks away, Beelzebub apologizes for her actions to Vortex and takes him to the dance floor.

Beelzebub's name is written on a note from her that says "Have Fun!!!" stuck to a bag of drinks nearby the cake of Blitzo.
"Mastermind"[]
She was present at Blitzo's trial, where she attempted to vouch for him. When Satan decided to call a vote for whether to execute or continue hearing testimony, Asmodeus voted for testimony. She also expressed complete disgust towards Mammon, calling him a "fat sack of clown shit". Beelzebub later witnessed Stolas singing about being the mastermind and then losing his powers and status.
