Past[]
While not much is known about Carmilla's past, she at some point started dealing in weapon collection and management and became the top weapons dealer in Hell, even manufacturing Angelic Weapons capable of killing Sinners and otherwise immortal Hellborn royalty. She works along with her daughters, Odette and Clara, who deliver the products to those who purchase them.
During the pilot's Extermination, Carmilla and her daughters were outside collecting angelic weapons when Exorcists attacked them. Carmilla ordered her daughters to run as she would fight them off to buy them time. She jumped high and unexpectedly decapitated an Exorcist with her angelic steel ballet shoes, making her the first demon to have killed an Exorcist.[1]

After the recent extermination, Carmilla is seen opening curtains in a room that she hid in with Zestial and Zeezi, alongside Lucifer Morningstar.
As Vaggie explains to Angel Dust about Alastor's origins, several overlords can be seen, including Carmilla.

After the meeting with the Overlords and Velvette's suspicions towards Carmilla, she revealed to Zestial that she was responsible for the dead exorcist that caused the extermination to to be moved six months early.

Vaggie goes to visit Carmilla to learn how to defeat the Exorcists. At first, she didn't want to tell her about it, but as Vaggie persisted she teaches Vaggie about the Exorcists' weakness while also explaining the time she had to kill one. She then uses combat to teach Vaggie and she became proud of her when she unlocked her potential.

After the Extermination is cancelled thanks to the efforts of Charlie and her allies, Carmine is at her office watching the news of the aftermath, to which she smiles.
