The second one was a sparkly pink dress with bows around her but Millie didn't like it either. When Sallie asked her sister about her final outfit with long-sleeve black turtleneck crop top with a cleavage window and dark burgundy high-waist plaid skirt with pastel red calf-length cowboy boots, Millie claps with excitement and approval.
