D.H.O.R.K.S. is an organization on Earth that appears to investigate paranormal activities, specifically Demons. It made its debut in "Truth Seekers".

Little is known about the background and services of D.H.O.R.K.S., the organization operates as a paramilitary group that monitors paranormal activity on Earth, with a headquarters dedicated to track down possible incidents or traces of demonic activity.
There are numerous hideout locations around their country of origin that monitor such activites, and have numerous agents as part of the staff employed.
Though they have been trained in the usage of firearms and projectile weapons, the majority of agents have been seen using melee weapons primarily from the Edo period of Japan. Some weapons shown have included kusarigama, naginata, katana, throwing stars, kanabō and sai; several agents stationed outside the building as guards would be armed with pole weapons such as Qiang and Ji.
Despite the large number of employees and the group's presence, a comment by Stolas implies that the group is a fringe one that not many people take seriously or consider credible. This is also alluded to a comment by Agent One stating that people (especially the higher-ups) cannot ignore their evidence now.

- This is the second organization to not have its full name of its company acronym revealed, with the first being C.H.E.R.U.B.
- Unlike C.H.E.R.U.B and I.M.P, D.H.O.R.K.S. has a period at the end of their acronym.
- D.H.O.R.K.S. may be a subsidiary of a larger parent organization, as comments by Agents One and Two imply this with their statements that their direct superiors do not believe in their assertions of the existence of demons and Hell. Furthermore, this parent organization may have a low, or negative, opinion of D.H.O.R.K.S. and their operations, as asserted by the complaints made by Agents One and Two.
