Don't You Forget is the first of three songs featured in the Hazbin Hotel season two episode "It's A Deal", sung by Rosie and Alastor with the former reminding him of the deal he made with her and that he can't work his way out of it.

- Sam Haft says that this song answers a question about Alastor and him having friends. Since he isn't capable of proper friendship, as when Mimzy shows up in Season 1, she claims to be his old friend but he clearly doesn't hold much affection for her; there is a question with Rosie about whether she is a close friend or confidante. Even with Alastor having this grandiose and heightened view of himself, the answer is that it is not really friendship, since they are joined for a different, specific reason. They wanted this song to be more of a Rosie song, where Alastor is reminded there isn't anything he can do about this since she has his soul.[1]
