The song was first released as a fan single on PARANOiD DJ's YouTube channel on October 23, 2021. A fully-animated music video produced by Vivienne Medrano was released on her YouTube channel on December 3, 2023,[1][2] with the song receiving an updated instrumental and lyrics.
The video on Vivziepop's channel has gained over 21 million views as of December 2024.

- Stolas receiving an Asmodean Crystal is a callback to his meeting with Asmodeus in "Oops" wherein he requested one for Blitzo.
- According to Sam Haft, Vivienne Medrano reached out directly to PARANOiD DJ because she thought the song was great and wanted to do something with it, and she brought PARANOiD DJ into the recording process.[3]
- As pointed out by the music video's description, this is the first piece of official Hellaverse media to not include any swears.
- From this music video onward, every Helluva Boss media (episodes, shorts, music videos, etc.) is accompanied by a wave of official merchandise based on said media being sold at SharkRobot's online store.
