Maestro is a demon and one of the many powerful Overlords of Hell who first appeared in the Hazbin Hotel pilot.
Appearance[]
Maestro has a flaming head of light teal coloration with a grey deer skull for a face that has elongated and curled horns. Said skull has a light violet color on the upper-left side of his face. He also has a little tail of teal fire and hands of the same color.
He wears a grey suit with curly tails with white cuffs on the sleeves and three teal buttons along the front. Under this appears to be a teal shirt with a light teal collar and a design that appears skeletal. He also wears black pants, and accessorizes with a tiny grey bowtie.
Pilot[]
In the pilot, Maestro's skeletal head is completely grey with an exposed brain on the left, as well as horns that bend upwards and are segmented in certain places. His hands are also black, and he appears to have a big fluffy deer tail. In Vaggie's story of Alastor's origins that shows several overlords, however, it's notable that his horns curl down like his mains series appearance, though more curved and thin, and with teal tips.
Maestro wears a simple grey suit with two white buttons and lighter grey cuffs on the sleeves, accessorizing with a black bowtie. In Vaggie's story of Alastor's origins, he instead appears to be wearing a black tuxedo with a white dress shirt underneath.
Personality[]
Little is known about Maestro's personality, but based on Vox's song in "Silenced", he seems to enjoy tranquillity and rest, as Vox's pitch to him for uprising against Heaven was for those things, implying he is a man who likes his peace and quiet. It can also be assumed that he has an affinity and love for the musical arts due to his environment Vox met him in and him singing with a conductor's baton in Bad With Us.
Maestro is amongst the Overlords and demons who joined and supports the Vees plan for war against Heaven. However, like his fellow Overlords, Maestro decides to help the Hazbin Hotel staff destroy the Might of Lilith and save himself and Pentagram City.
Abilities[]
- Pyrokinesis - As shown in "Curtain Call", Maestro can produce a blast of blue fire, which he used to assist in creating a barrier around Vox's overloading angelic laser canon.
- Bioluminescence - In "Silenced", he is shown to have a slight teal glow radiating from his body.
Skillset[]
- Deal-making - While not shown on-screen, like all Overlords, Maestro is capable of making deals with others, which can be used in order to collect their souls.
- Musical knowledge - Maestro being seen singing in Bad With Us and holding a conductor's baton, along with his name and having been in a theater, implies that he has knowledge of the musical arts.

Hazbin Hotel pilot[]
Maestro is one of the demons seen watching Charlie's interview on 666 News from a TV on display at Radio Hacks before noticing Alastor comes across it.
Later when Vaggie explains to Angel Dust about Alastor's origins, several Overlords can be seen, including Maestro.
Hazbin Hotel Season 1[]
"Scrambled Eggs"[]
He attends the Overlord meeting hosted by Carmilla Carmine, greeting Rosie after stepping off the elevator. He then witnesses the feuding between Carmilla and Velvette before being dismissed after Carmilla ends the meeting.
Hazbin Hotel Season 2[]
"Silenced"[]
After hearing of Vox capturing Alastor, Maestro hears out Vox's offer to side with him in his war against Heaven after the Media Overlord tempts him with the promise of tranquillity, which he accepts.
"Curtain Call"[]
Maestro, as an Overlord, attended the ceremony held by Vox to celebrate their imminent victory over Heaven.
After the chaos, he then joined Emily, Charlie, Husk, Niffty, and his fellow Overlords to create a shield around Vox's overheating weapon and save Pentagram City from annihilation, then returned to his own agenda.
Relationships[]
Zeezi[]
Maestro and Zeezi appear to be on friendly terms, enough to greet each other in person and gossip over the phone. Meanwhile, they couldn't be more different; Zeezi is a big and loud Overlord who runs a nightclub, while Maestro is a much smaller and quieter Overlord who runs an opera house. This also means Vox's promises to them to get them to join his cause are opposites; he offers Zeezi locations in Heaven to start new clubs while he offers Maestro peace and quiet.

- The name "maestro" is a term for a distinguished conductor, composer, or teacher of music, especially of classical music.
- This is further shown to be the case as when Vox went to see him, Maestro was inside a theater.
- In a Collider Interview Vivziepop states that Maestro is an Overlord that is supposed to represent Classical Music, as his Media and art form.[3]
