Octavia is comforted by Stolas after her nightmare
Stolas is Octavia's father, whom she loves very much. As a child, she was close to her father, since they always spend a lot time together playing and especially when he used to sing her a lullaby before bed. He is often portrayed as the "dorky dad" type when it comes to his daughter, as he enjoyed taking her to Loo Loo Land, which she now finds childish. But, as she aged, their relationship had grown somewhat distant despite Stolas' attempts to bond with her, but Octavia makes no attempt herself to better their relationship due to her parents' constant fighting.
Their relationship was shown to be so distant that Stolas does not seem to know about his daughter's interests, being unable to discern her current hobbies from her past ones, and seemed to be somewhat surprised with Octavia's choices in music and style. Octavia is also prone get embarrassed by Stolas, such as when he wore Loo Loo Land merchandise and loudly applauded for Robo Fizz's show.
However, it is shown that, as a child, Octavia worried of losing her father, especially after having a nightmare of him not being around anymore, and the fact that now she's a teenager and things are not like how they used to be. Octavia reveals to her father that his affair with Blitzo reawakened her childhood fears of him not being there and is afraid he'll leave her for him one day.
Octavia and Stolas reconcile
But, deep down, she still cares about Stolas, even saying herself that he's okay sometimes at the end of Loo Loo Land. The two officially reconcile at the end of the episode, with Stolas accepting his daughter's aging and Octavia being content with her father's acceptance.
Stolas' love and dedication to Octavia is further witnessed in "The Circus", as he reveals the only reason he perseveres through Stella's torment is so he can give Octavia a normal and comforting life.

In "Seeing Stars", it was revealed that as a child, Octavia was thrilled at the opportunity to witness a meteor shower Stolas calls "Azathoth's Tears" with him. When the day arrived, Octavia was furious that Stolas forgot about their promise as he was too busy arguing with her mother, prompting her to sneak into I.M.P. and steal the Grimoire to see the stars herself. Unfortunately, she ended up in Los Angeles instead and spends the whole day of trying to see the meteor shower and ultimately failing. When she is found by Loona, Octavia tells her how upset she is that Stolas seems to hate Stella more than loving her, but Loona explains to her that he is trying his best to be a good father to her. When they reunite, the both apologize to each other and Octavia gives Stolas a big hug, after which they end up watching a fireworks display instead.
As shown in "Western Energy", Stolas is protective of Octavia and, when Striker taunts that the prince will never see her again, he vowed to destroy Striker if he were to harm her. During Andralphus and Stella's discussion regarding Stolas' will and inheritance should he die, his soon to be ex-wife acknowledged that Stolas will leave everything to his daughter as his heir and leave his wife with nothing.
In "Mastermind", Octavia was devastated to watch Stolas prepare himself to be executed, and broke down into tears in Stella's arms, unknowing that her mother was one of the culprits behind the trial.
Tensions boil over as Octavia prepares to leave her father
However, Octavia's relationship with her father has finally reached a breaking point in Sinsmas. In the song, I Will Be Okay, she was now fully convinced that Stolas had chosen to leave her for Blitzo after being forbidden by Stella to answer calls from Stolas for a month, and this thought was reinforced after she saw his stash of antidepressants. Although she did protect her father from Andrealphus, she immediately lashed out at him with the accusation that he was not really happy with her and that she was merely an obligation to her. Fearing being deceived again, she refuses to hear him out and tearfully tells him he should enjoy his new life with Blitzo, leaving him behind.
Stella[]

Stella is Octavia's mother. It was originally unknown what relationship they have outside of being blood-related, as they have yet to interact on the show. However, the little information that has been shown of Stella so far has suggested she may be a poor parent, but is one which Octavia seemingly still holds normal, positive, feelings of daughter-mother attachment towards.
Scenarios to support a negative relationship include the event where Octavia, as a child, was having a nightmare and Stella was unwilling to comfort Octavia, however, this may have been due to both her and Stolas being asleep at the time. Furthermore, in the present, the two have been seen to rarely interact with each other, since Stella is preoccupied with fighting with Stolas. This may suggest that Octavia is intentionally distancing herself from Stella. This is further suggested due to Octavia's nightmares seem to stem exclusively about her father disappearing and not her mother.
However, factors supporting a neutral or positive relationship include Octavia being shown to be distressed about both of her parents fighting with each other, compared to when she was growing up, this may imply that she does care about her mother.
In addition, in "Ozzie's", Stolas revealed that Octavia was on a weekend trip with Stella, which further suggests the two enjoy some normal form of mother-daughter relationship. However it is also possible that Octavia may simply have no choice but to visit her mother.
In "The Circus", however, it is specified that Stella takes her and Octavia on frequent weekend trips, implying Stella and Stolas' have separate times they individually are with Octavia as a result of their planned divorce. In the same episode Stella told her friends how glad she is that one egg fell out of her rather than referring to Octavia by her name, which may imply she may be indifferent to Octavia's existence.
In "Seeing Stars", Octavia does not appear overtly bothered that her mother had moved out of her home. However she stated that she feels like Stolas' hatred of Stella was stronger than his love for Octavia.
In "Western Energy", Andrealphus informed Stella that Octavia is an obstacle to her inheriting any of Stolas' fortune as a Goetia, as Octavia was his heir. Whether this revelation changed how Stella sees Octavia and their relationship is unknown, though Stella hardly acknowledges the fact, which indicates she doesn't regard her daughter as an obstacle or even in some kind of negative light, hinting she wishes no ill will upon Octavia.

In "Mastermind", she was distraught over seeing her father about to be executed and sought comfort from her mother, unaware that Stella was happy of his impending death.
In "Sinsmas", Stella tauntingly forbade her to talk to Stolas when he tried to call her, and Octavia ran out of the room when Stella and Andrealphus are laughing, showing her anger at her mother for refusing to let her at least communicate with her father and taunting him as well showing she actually has a strain relationship with her.
Andrealphus[]
Andrealphus is Octavia's uncle on Stella's side of the family. In "Western Energy", he refers to her by her nickname "Via", implying he has some fondness for his niece.
In "Sinsmas", she was angered by Andrealphus' taunting laughter at how he forbade her from speaking with Stolas and ran out of the room. She also refused to let her uncle kill her father and didn’t hesitant to attack him. Octavia also pointed out how weak Andrealphus would look if he told Stella the full story of what happened during his fight with Stolas and I.M.P.

Octavia and Blitzo mention their mutual hatred towards Robo Fizz
Octavia finds Blitzo to be very annoying, in one case referring to him as a "weird red dickhead". She has been shown to worry that Blitzo will break apart her relationship with her father, even worrying that he'll run off with him, and believes that the imp is the reason of why her father is neglecting her emotional needs.
Octavia and Blitzo both have mutually expressed their hatred for Robo Fizz in "Loo Loo Land".
In "Seeing Stars", Octavia displayed her visible dislike to Blitzo through a sharp glare, when she was stepping into a portal with the use of her father's grimoire. Through Loona, Octavia tried to understand how Blitzo might be a similar parent to her own father and not a bad person, although she was also shocked by how Loona kicked Blitzo when he was rushing towards the Hellhound in relief.
In "Sinsmas", however, Octavia lashed out her blame onto Blitzo, believing that he was the cause for encouraging her father to leave her. In her song, Octavia also imagined him to be the one who had taken Stolas away from her.

Octavia hugs Loona
While initially unknown to each other, in "Seeing Stars" it is suggested the pair quickly formed a sisterly bond between themselves. During the events of the aforementioned episode, when Octavia had accidently fled to Earth by herself, Loona successfully located Octavia on Earth while she was having an emotional breakdown. Loona proceeded to comfort Octavia, while also informing her that her father had become very worried about her, and had arrived on Earth to look for her. Octavia thanked Loona for her support and gave her a hug before being returned to her father. Despite being strictly forbidden from seeing Stolas, Octavia has freely visited I.M.P on more than one occasion, thanks in no small part to Loona's lack of intervention.
Moxxie and Millie[]
Although their interactions with Octavia are limited, "Loo Loo Land" shows that Octavia regards them lowly. This is evident through how she was annoyed by Moxxie and Millie's presence, and even insulted Moxxie for misunderstanding her sarcasm and calling them old.
Others[]
Robo Fizz[]
Due to a traumatic incident at the Fizzarolli 'n Friends show as a kid, Octavia abhors Robo Fizz. However, Stolas was under the impression that Octavia liked the show, misinterpreting her anguished cries as tears of joy.
In her teenage years, Octavia still held fear upon seeing the attraction again, but it was shown she now had a deep loathing of the robotic clown, a trait she has in common with Blitzo. During the actual show, Octavia was thoroughly annoyed with Robo Fizz, although the clown barely paid attention to Octavia.
