Past[]
Nothing is known about Velvette's past except that she became the youngest Overlord in Hell,[1] and at some point of time she joined Vox's team, thus forming the Vees, and would come to live in V Tower.[2]
During the Extermination in the pilot, Vox, Velvette, and Valentino found a decapitated Exorcist and took it's head.[3]

Velvette is seen alongside her fellow Overlords Vox and Valentino inside Valentino's porn studio after the Extermination ended. She is seen taking a selfie with Vox.
When Vaggie explains to Angel Dust about Alastor's origins, several overlords can be seen, including Velvette.

Telling Vox to calm down his "boy-toy"
Velvette calls Vox on her phone demanding he come and remove "his little boy-toy", Valentino, from her studio, the latter having barged in and wrecked the place and models while he's in the middle of one of his rampages again. After Vox agrees to do so, Velvette orders one of her - noticeably scared - workers, Melissa, to model a variety of dresses in order to determine which one to wear during her fashion show. She uses magic to quickly change the dresses on the model until she finds the one she likes. Since Valentino went to his room, she orders Vox to go there and calm "the pissbaby" down.

As Vox and Alastor are arguing on air, Valentino and Velvette are on their phones in Valentino's room. Valentino and Velvette smiled when Alastor pointed out Vox is nothing without them, and Vox continued to become so angry he shocked the other Vees and blacked out Pentagram City.
Later, Vox, Velvette, and Valentino are in the conference room to discuss sabotaging the Hazbin Hotel to ruin Alastor's agreement with Charlie.

Velvette shows up late to the meeting of Overlords on the phone talking with Vox, who are trash talking the other Overlords right in front of them. She admits that Valentino and Vox had better things to do, so she came as the Vees' representative. She throws the severed head of an Exorcist on the conference table, presenting this as proof that the angels are not invincible, and proposes forming an armed resistance against the next Extermination. When Zestial quickly rejects this idea, stating that they do not know just how the angel was killed and that risking their lives on a gamble would be foolish, Velvette insults him and is subsequently called out for her disrespect by Carmilla Carmine. Velvette also deduces that Carmilla is hiding something about the deceased Exorcist before storming out.

The day of the early extermination, Velvette and her fellow Vees watch the Extermination on the TV in V Tower. Velvette is disinterested and more attentive to scrolling on her phone, but later becomes visibly uncomfortable by Vox's cheering at the fighting, especially when he openly declares what he is seeing is making him "so hard" and it is "better than sex". She shows her amusement when Vox gets upset that Alastor escaped being killed by Adam and also when Lucifer appears in front of the Adam declaring he will "fuck [him]". The Vees are shocked by Niffty after seeing her murder Adam with psychotic glee.

After the cancellation of the early Extermination, Velvette watches a news repost on her phone detailing Lucifer's role in the victory which she shows to Valentino. Afterwards, Velvette takes a moment to record Vox and Valentino's song and dance about there being a power vacuum as they believed Alastor was apparently missing so the Vees can take advantage of to rule all of Hell. In the end, Vox and Valentino begin passionately making out as Velvette take a selfie with them in the background.
