Zeezi is a demon and one of the many powerful Overlords of Hell. She is a minor supporting character who first appeared in the Hazbin Hotel pilot and officially debuts in "Scrambled Eggs".
Appearance
Zeezi is a slim and giant dinosaur-like demoness with a voluptuous body type and a huge bust. She has pale pink skin that is a darker pink on the top half of her face and her legs. Her sharp teeth and reptilian eyes are both neon green, along with her wild head of very long calf-length neon green hair with pink accents. Her snout has three neon green freckles and a green nose ring in her left nostril. She has a thick dark green tail with neon green feathers along the top and bottom, and pink highlights.
Her outfit consists of a black cropped tube top with a sharp-toothed, neon green smile logo, a hot pink jacket with neon green stripes and fur lining the wrists and collar, and black pants with the right leg ripped short. She also wears blue gloves with pink tips and two different calf-length heeled boots - the right is black with pink accents while the right left is green with black accents. Her right big toe is far larger than the others with a long, sickle-like talon that sticks out of her boot.
Pilot
In the pilot, she was mostly the same, except her freckles are under her eyes instead of on her snout, her hair is in a raccoon tail style with pink stripes, and her jacket's fur collar has pink patches on it. Her pants have two neon green spots at the front, and are also ripped on the left leg rather than the right. The symbol at the front also has more teeth in the design.
Personality
Little is known about Zeezi's personality; however, based on Vox's song in "Silenced", she appears to be a carefree, fun-loving individual with a loud and boisterous attitude and rarely seen without a toothy smile, even when she's irritated. She appears to enjoy wild partying, as Vox's pitch to her for uprising against Heaven was for her to open a club up there and "Drop a beat to amen to", which he pitches while she danced at Klub Kaiju. She may also have a lack of awareness, as, despite the tension between Carmilla and Velvette, when Carmilla announced the meeting was over, Zeezi blurted out, "What the hell? We literally just got here".
When Charlie gives her pitch on redemption to the Overlords and how nobody is beyond redemption, a stunned Zeezi points to herself with an "even me?" expression, clearly unable to understand it in "Curtain Call". It's hinted that she deep down has a "soft side", being touched alongside the other Overlords, that the Princess of Hell and her friends are fighting to protect Hell and lend their aid to the effort, putting aside their own personal rivalries and joining the song, "Hear My Hope". Despite that, Zeezi has immense pride in her status, as she and the other Overlords agreed to never discuss this incident again.
Zeezi is amongst the overlords and demons who joined and supported the Vees' plan for war against Heaven. However, like her fellow Overlords, Zeezi decides to help the Hazbin Hotel staff destroy the Might of Lilith and save herself and Pentagram City.
Abilities
- Energy manipulation - As shown in "Curtain Call", Zeezi can create and manipulate a green, pink, and purple sound wave-like energy, which she used to assist in creating a barrier around Vox's overloading angelic laser cannon.
Skillset
- Deal-making - While not shown on-screen, like all Overlords, Zeezi is capable of making deals with others, which can be used in order to collect their souls.
- Musical talent - In "Silenced", Zeezi is shown to have a great talent in singing with her voice being powerful, vibrant, and unassailable, which was shown when she took part in the song Bad With Us.
- Dance talent - Fitting with her operating Klub Kaiju, Zeezi has impressive dance skills as shown in "Silenced".
History
Hazbin Hotel pilot
After the recent Extermination, Zeezi is seen in a room that she hid in with Carmilla Carmine and Zestial, alongside Lucifer Morningstar.
Later, Zeezi is at the Klub Kaiju, where she hears Charlie Morningstar's idea of redemption, which triggers mockery from Zeezi's friend.
When Vaggie explains to Angel Dust about Alastor's origins, several Overlords can be seen, including Zeezi.
Hazbin Hotel Season 1
"Scrambled Eggs"
She attends the Overlord meeting hosted by Carmilla Carmine, greeting her fellow Overlords after stepping off the elevator. She then witnesses the feuding between Carmilla and Velvette before being dismissed after Carmilla ends the meeting.
Hazbin Hotel Season 2
"Silenced"
Zeezi is at the Klub Kaiju when she finds out that Alastor had been "defeated" by Vox, initiating a song where she is seen gossiping with all the Overlords about it for the first half. She, alongside the other Overlords, are quite surprised that Vox was able to pull such thing off, with Zeezi saying he's shaking Hell's foundations.
Later on in the same song, she is seen dancing inside a discoteque while Vox tries to manipulate her into tagging along with him and his plans, which he ends up succeeding in.
The last time she's seen in the episode is also in the same song, she and some other Overlords are tagging behind Vox while they all sing together.
"Curtain Call"
Zeezi, as an Overlord, attended the ceremony held by Vox to celebrate their imminent victory over Heaven.
After the chaos, she then joined Emily, Charlie, Husk, Niffty, and her fellow Overlords to create a shield around Vox's overloading weapon and save Pentagram City from annihilation, then suggested they never talk about this ever again and returned to her own agenda.
Relationships
Vox
She is shown to have a very low opinion of him for being a "self-absorbed TV head", and was not amused when Vox made a joke at her expense for being a ginormous dinosaur-like demon, asking her if she had crushed any major cities lately.
Maestro
She seems to be on good terms with fellow Overlord Maestro, giving him a friendly greeting and sitting next to him during the Overlord meeting in "Scrambled Eggs", then calling to gossip with him about Alastor's defeat in "Silenced". This is ironic as Zeezi is a big and loud Overlord who runs a nightclub, while Maestro is a much smaller and quieter Overlord who runs an opera house.

Trivia
- Zeezi's design is based on a few actual theropod dinosaur species- her body overall and her large size resemble those of Tyrannosaurus while her feathers, toe claws and snout shape resemble those of Velociraptor and other related species.
- Although her overall height seems to change between scenes (ex. Vox barely comes up to her ankles during the dance club scene in “Bad With Us”, while during his party in Curtain Call she’s only a little over twice his height), it’s not confirmed if Zeezi has the power to change size or if this is simply an animation inconsistency.
- In a Collider Interview, Vivziepop states that in the original version of Hazbin Hotel, Zeezi is an Overlord that is thematically supposed to represent clubs, hip hop and grunge as her Media and art form. Her design in the show is a holdover of that, but it is more vague theme that could be relate to the artistic expression as the writers no longer wanted the Overlords to be labelled.[3]
